Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a musician, student of sound healing, and restorative yoga teacher based in Missoula, MT. I want to create a nurturing space where individuals from all backgrounds can pause, reconnect with their senses, and access states of consciousness that empower healing.I believe in the profound impact of sound on the mind, body, and spirit. Using modern and archaic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, monochord, and voice, I create a serene space for you to relax, rejuvenate, and connect in community.
